Playing Soccer helps you loose

Another day goes by. A long stressful day at work! But I got to play soccer today.

I am on that burning 200 calories a day diet. Well I played soccer for 90 minutes today. I probably burned about 400 calories. I am on my way to becoming fit and sexy.

I read online at about 45 minutes of soccer = 400 calories

So if I burned 800 calories today this is awesome!

Burning 200 Calories a Day

So I have been on a rhythm of burning 200+ calories a day. I went a month ago from not working out to burning 200 calories. So I am happy with that.

Motivation for me. When I see fit bodies on TV and people like my GF or just women say wow thats a nice body. What pisses me off is that I used to have a great body. This desk job has really put the pounds on me.

Well this motivation is really starting to kick me into gear and I am totally motivated!

This is what I ate today:
Bagel with cream cheese
6" inch subway
Wendys Taco Salad & Potato

I think I need to fix my diet up and I will really get ripped again. So Keep watching me as I burn 200 calories a day!

20 Days of Exercise

So I have been in a routine for about 20 days now of exercising. I am going to break down my week of exercising for you so you guys can understand what exactly I am doing.

Every Wednesday I play Soccer. 90 Minutes of running. This is great exercise. I started this about 4 weeks ago and I could only run for 5 minutes. I was an all american in college so I can play ball but looked like a fool. Well 20 days down the road and I am able to run almost the whole game. Not get dizzy and my skills with the ball is getting a lot better.

Every day besides Wednesday I have been going to the gym. My routine is 20 minutes on the elliptical machine. Then I go to the weights and bust out 3 sets of 10 of 135 pounds on the bench. Use 25 pounds for my biceps. Also do 3 sets of 10.

Over all I am feeling better. I do not think I look better but I am definitely felling it. : )

I will be uploading pictures soon. I have my day 1 and day 5 on my camera. So I will upload it and you can follow me on my way to sexy.

My Journey To Sexy Body

Ok so here is a story about me. I have always been skinny. I am not fat right now either but I have gained a couple of pounds since I graduated college and started working at a desk job. I am 23 years old and work on a computer all day. When I was in college I played soccer on scholarship and had a nice hard body. I met a nice lady and I guess as they say you get comfortable and start to loose yourself. But I am done with this and want to get back in shape. I do not feel like going pedal to the floor on this either. I want to do this slow and gradual work outs till I my my body sexy again. I am looking for people to join me and follow me on this quest to become sexy!

This is why I am doing this:

1. I want to be confident when I take my shirt off again!
2. I want to look sexy for my lady!
3. Being in shape is healty!
4. The road I am on does not look pretty if I continue to gain weight at the pace I am doing!

Here is my day 1 picture. I will try to post everyday what exercise I do and a picture of my day 1 picture and my most recent picture. Hope to have people do the same and lets have fun and get into shape and get sexy again.
