20 Days of Exercise

So I have been in a routine for about 20 days now of exercising. I am going to break down my week of exercising for you so you guys can understand what exactly I am doing.

Every Wednesday I play Soccer. 90 Minutes of running. This is great exercise. I started this about 4 weeks ago and I could only run for 5 minutes. I was an all american in college so I can play ball but looked like a fool. Well 20 days down the road and I am able to run almost the whole game. Not get dizzy and my skills with the ball is getting a lot better.

Every day besides Wednesday I have been going to the gym. My routine is 20 minutes on the elliptical machine. Then I go to the weights and bust out 3 sets of 10 of 135 pounds on the bench. Use 25 pounds for my biceps. Also do 3 sets of 10.

Over all I am feeling better. I do not think I look better but I am definitely felling it. : )
